Australis Staff cooking for Ozharvest in their 2024 EOFY Celebration
Every year for EOFY we have a celebration for Australis staff to thank them for their continued dedication and hard work. Over the last decade we have participated in food and wine tours, city hunt murder mysteries and top golf to name a few. This year we decided to cook for Ozharvest, who supply food to the vulnerable and provide education about food waste. We found learning about this and their business model incredibly interesting. Whilst we were down a few this year due to illness, we had a fantastic time and there has been a genuine interest to do it every year. Our cook up was followed by an Escape a room competition and group dinner at a fantastic restaurant. A full and rewarding day! Thank you most of all to our staff who we appreciate so very much!
